Terms of Service

The studio is a web application that turns your answers about hair and makeup, travel, ceremony, portraits, and reception into an editable wedding day timeline you can export as a PDF, email, and share by private link. It is a planning aid. You are responsible for confirming times with your venue and vendors.

Access is granted through a one-time timeline purchase, a Planner Pass subscription, or a studio access code we give to couples who have booked Ferrazzani Photography. Access codes, planner pass keys, and share links are personal to you. Keep them confidential, do not resell or publish them, and tell us promptly if one is exposed. You are responsible for activity that happens under your access, and for keeping the information you give us accurate.

Our order process is conducted by our payment processor Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, applicable taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Buyer Terms. A one-time timeline unlock is a single payment that gives unlimited use for that wedding. A Planner Pass renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. When a subscription is cancelled or lapses, access ends immediately.

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request one, visit support.stripe.com or write to us at hello@ferrazzaniphotography.com. Stripe's refund policy also applies.

You agree not to misuse the studio. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send fraudulent content or spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with security, including probing, scanning, introducing malware, scraping, or attempting to reach data or accounts that are not yours;
• reverse engineer the studio, resell or redistribute access, or bypass payment, rate, or feature limits;
• email timelines to people who have not agreed to hear from you.

The wedding details, notes, and names you enter stay yours. You grant Ferrazzani Photography a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content only to run the service for you, including generating your PDF, share link, and emails you request. You confirm you have the right to share any personal details you enter about other people, such as your wedding party and vendors.

Ferrazzani Photography owns the studio, its software, timeline logic, layout, wording, branding, and all photographs shown on the site. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the studio within the plan you purchased. Nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

We work to keep the studio running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Drive times, sunset and golden hour estimates, and suggested durations are approximations and should be confirmed against real conditions on your wedding day. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be limited.

You agree to indemnify Ferrazzani Photography against claims arising from content you enter, your unlawful use of the studio, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the studio at any time, and cancel a subscription through Stripe. When access ends you may request a copy of your timelines for a reasonable period, after which we may delete them.

You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts located there.
