Ferrazzani Photography operates this timeline studio. You can reach us at hello@ferrazzaniphotography.com with any question about your information or this notice.

• Wedding details you enter such as names, wedding date, ceremony and reception times, venue addresses, getting-ready locations, hair and makeup rosters, family grouping lists, and personal notes. We use this to build, save, export, and share your timeline. Legal basis: performance of our agreement with you.
• Contact details such as your name and email address, and the email addresses of anyone you choose to send a timeline to. We use these to deliver timelines, share links, and receipts. Legal basis: performance of our agreement and our legitimate interest in delivering what you requested.
• Access and purchase records including unlock status, access or planner pass keys, and the record of a completed order. We use these to give you access to what you paid for. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser information, and basic event logs. We use this to keep the service available, secure, and free of abuse, and to improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages you send us, used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your wedding details for advertising.

• Stripe, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, invoicing, and tax compliance. Stripe collects payment information directly and handles it under its own privacy notice.
• Service providers that host the application and database, send email on our behalf, and provide mapping and drive-time estimates. Addresses you enter for travel calculations are sent to Google Maps services to return a distance and duration.
• People you choose, when you email a timeline or create a share link. Anyone with a share link can view that timeline.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting support, and authorities where we are required to disclose information by law.

Timelines and their related details are kept while your access is active so you can return to them, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you need them again. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete a timeline at any time at hello@ferrazzaniphotography.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to hello@ferrazzaniphotography.com and we will respond within one month.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls on our database, and row level security rules that limit what each account can read. No service can promise perfect security, so please keep share links and access codes private.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your unlock status, and hold your in-progress timeline. Our payment provider sets cookies needed to run checkout. You can clear or block these in your browser settings, though the studio may not work correctly without the essential ones. We do not run advertising cookies.

If we update this notice we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the studio after an update means the revised notice applies.
