Ferrazzani Photography offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on everything sold in the wedding day timeline studio. If the studio is not right for you, ask and we will refund you.

Our 30 day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, on both the one-time timeline purchase ($9.99 USD) and the Planner Pass subscription ($29.99 USD per month or $250 USD per year). You do not need to explain why.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our payment processor Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides all customer service inquiries, and handles returns.
To request a refund, visit support.stripe.com and look up your order using the email address you bought with, or email us at hello@ferrazzaniphotography.com and we will start the refund for you.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the funds within five to ten business days after Stripe processes the refund.
Subscriptions and cancellations
You can cancel the Planner Pass at any time through support.stripe.com or by emailing us. When you cancel, your Planner Pass access ends and you will not be billed again. A renewal charged within the last 30 days is covered by the guarantee above.
What happens to your timelines
After a refund, access to the paid timeline features ends. You keep any PDF you have already exported. If you would like your saved timeline data deleted, email us at hello@ferrazzaniphotography.com.
