We photographed part of Jamielin and Sara’s session around the Roger Williams Park Casino. The Casino’s classic architecture added an elegant feel to their photos while still allowing the session to remain relaxed and approachable.

A Relaxed Walk Through the Japanese Garden

The Japanese Garden gave us a softer, more peaceful setting for the next part of their engagement session.

Surrounded by greenery, water, and winding pathways, Jamielin and Sara had space to slow down and simply enjoy being together. Even during the quieter moments, their personalities still came through. One second they would be holding each other and looking completely romantic, and the next they would be laughing together again.

Those transitions are often where the best photographs happen.

I am always looking for the moments between the more traditional portraits. The quick glances, the inside jokes, the way a couple reaches for each other, and the laughter that happens when they forget they are being photographed.

Covered Bridge and Gazebo Engagement Photos

We also stopped at the covered bridge and gazebo, giving Jamielin and Sara’s gallery even more variety.

The covered bridge created a cozy and romantic backdrop, while the gazebo added another classic Roger Williams Park setting to their session. Each location felt different, but the photographs still worked together because Jamielin and Sara’s connection remained at the center of the gallery.
