Hi, I’m Sarah. My work is all about creating honest, artful images that feel like your life — imperfect, beautiful, and full of depth. I focus on connection, movement, and emotion, capturing the moments that unfold naturally rather than forcing what doesn’t feel like you.
Whether it’s a wedding day or a quiet afternoon with your family, I’m here to preserve the pieces you never want to forget.

Amanda and Alex’s wedding at The Villa at Ridder Club in Bridgewater was the kind of October day every couple hopes for. The weather was in the 60s, the air felt crisp, and the grounds were perfectly manicured. Their wedding also happened the day before my first anniversary, which made the whole day feel extra full circle.
I first met Amanda and Alex two years earlier when I photographed their engagement session at Webb State Park. They were so natural with each other and so easy to work with. Seeing them again on their wedding day felt like reconnecting with old friends.
After the ceremony, the venue staff took us out on the golf cart so we could shoot by the red bridge. The foliage was showing off and the light was perfect. While we were taking bride and groom portraits, something wild happened. A deer stepped out of the woods. I joked that I wished it would come back and a minute later it did, except this time it brought friends. A whole group walked out like it was planned. The bridal attendant told me she had never seen anything like that before. It was one of those moments that just made the day feel magical.
Amanda and Alex both lost their dads, and their wedding honored that with so much love and intention. There was a beautiful in memory table for both fathers that meant a lot to everyone who knew their families. Their moms and siblings were incredibly supportive and present the entire day. Alex’s family had not been together in many years, and watching him and his mom reunite with loved relatives was one of the most emotional and meaningful parts of the wedding.
Once it was time to open the dance floor, Amanda and Alex came out with an outfit change in matching white. Alex wore a sharp white suit and Amanda stepped into a fun white dress. They made their entrance holding cutouts of their cat Belle, which was such a perfect personal touch and got the best reaction from everyone.
The Villa at Ridder Club is already a beautiful Massachusetts wedding venue, but the way Amanda and Alex filled it with their people, their story, and all those little moments made it even better. From the fall foliage at the red bridge, to the deer showing up like they were invited, to the emotional family reunions, this wedding was full of heart from start to finish.
Congratulations to the Dixons. Your day was stunning, real, and so full of love. I’m grateful I got to be there to capture it.
